After a long night, you wake up feeling drained and you have to rush because you are late in class or work. You ignore the food served on the table. Sometimes you don’t even think about preparing your first meal. You get dressed, grab your bag and off you go.
We are not fully aware of what skipping breakfast does to our bodies. Despite our busy schedule, we should always try our best to eat our breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It boosts your energy for the whole day. Your body needs energy and breakfast is one way to start your morning right.
Eating breakfast is a must. Here are three breakfast meals you can make
1. PANDESAL WITH HOT COFFEE
This is a very simple breakfast. Buy pandesal from the pandesal man and prepare your hot coffee. You could add filling to make your pandesal tastier.
